iQoo 9 Series India launch date is set on February 23 and the ‘Legend Tricolor Design’ has been teased. The iQoo 9 series will have three devices: the iQoo 9, iQoo 9 Pro, and iQoo 9 SE. Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC is confirmed for the iQoo 9 Pro. The Vivo sub-smartphone brand’s series will be available on Amazon and seems to include an “iconic Legend tricolour design” on the back panel. Last month, the iQoo 9 series made its debut in China. Separately, the iQoo 9 series’ possible cost in India has surfaced online.
According to a media invitation from the company, the iQoo 9 series of smartphones will be officially launched on February 23. There’s not a wealth of details about the launch yet, but iQoo is expected to provide more information soon. However, the company has already stated that the handsets will be available only on Amazon and that the series will be exclusive on Amazon. During this week, the Chinese company has been teasing the smartphone series on its official Twitter.
As shown in a recent tweet from iQoo India, the back panel of the iQoo 9 series smartphones might have “the classic Legend tricolour design.” This refers to a strip of BMW colours that’s also been seen on previous iQoo phones. In another tweet, the Chinese company’s India arm revealed the power of smartphones with a little video clip. According to the clip, the phone can easily handle multitasking, gaming, and other high-use tasks. It also teases two colorways for the phones, which are expected to debut in India. Another tweet hints at “Next Gen Gaming and Superior Camera”.
iQoo 9 series price in India
Meanwhile, ahead of the launch, the iQoo 9 series price in India has been revealed. the retail box price of the iQoo 9 Pro 5G top-end edition is Rs. 74,990, however it is claimed to be available in the Rs. 55,000 to Rs. 58,000 price range. The vanilla iQoo 9 is estimated to cost between Rs. 43,000 and Rs. 47,000, while an iQoo 9 SE is estimated to cost between Rs. 35,000 and Rs. 40,000.
It is worth mentioning that the iQoo 9 and iQoo 9 Pro have already been launched in China. The Indian variants of these phones are claimed to have different specifications than the Chinese models.

The India variant of iQoo 9 is tipped to run Android 12. It may feature a 6.56-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone could be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ SoC, along with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It is claimed to pack a triple rear camera setup, highlighted by a 48-megapixel primary camera.

iQoo 9 Pro India variant is reported to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display. It will have Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, which could be paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. The triple rear camera setup on the phone is suggested to come with a 50-megapixel primary sensor. The phone may pack a 4,700mAh battery.
